MG unveils the ZS EV facelift for India

The ZS EV now packs a 51 kWh battery that offers a claimed range of 480 km.

MG has revealed the ZS EV facelift for the Indian market. The electric SUV will be launched later this month.

Bookings for the updated MG ZS EV are now open. Depending on the availability, customers who have booked the older car will also get a facelift version.

The 2022 ZS EV comes with a revised front fascia featuring sleeker headlamp clusters with integrated LED daytime running lights, a re-profiled blanked-out grille and new bumpers. It also gets new taillights and 17-inch alloy wheels.

On the interior, the ZS EV comes equipped with a larger 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system and a 7-inch digital instrument cluster. Like its petrol-powered cousin, the electric SUV also gets the Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) along with a 360-degree camera.

Under the bonnet, the ZS EV now packs a 51 kWh battery that offers a claimed range of 480 km. MG hasn’t disclosed the detailed specifications of the electric motor.
