Actor Mahesh Babu purchases a brand new Audi E-tron

Electric vehicles are the future of automobiles and there is no denial over it. Day by day people across the world as well as in India are shifting to them. When it comes to cars, Audi manufactures one of the most premium cars across the world. Audi also offers some premium electric cars in India. Popular Tollywood actor Mahesh Babu has bought a new Audi E-tron for himself.
The Actor shared the information about his latest car purchase through his official Instagram account. “Bringing a clean, green and sustainable future home. Excited for the #Audi Experience”, read the Instagram post of the popular actor. It seems that actor is quite concerned about cleaner energy and vehicular pollution.
For those who are unaware about the Audi E-tron, the car starts at Rs 1.01 crore and goes up to Rs 1.19 crore in India. The Audi E-tron owned by the actor seems to be metallic black colour. The Audi E-tron has hexagon shaped grille at the front along with huge 20-inch alloy wheels. The car gets gets Audi Matrix LED headlamps with LED strips at the rear that adds to the appeal of the car.
The Audi Etron is offered in two variants 50 quattro and 55 quattro. The 50 quattro gives a maximum output of 230 kW while the maximum torque is 540 Nm. The top speed is 190 kph while 0-100 acceleration takes just 6.8 seconds.
On the other hand, the 55 quattro gives a maximum output of 300 kW while the maximum torque is 664 Nm. The top speed is 200 kph while 0-100 acceleration takes just 5.7 seconds.
Speaking about the dimensions of the E-tron, it is 5,014 mm in length and 1,976 mm in width. The wheelbase of the car is 2928mm.
In terms of safety, the SUV gets eight airbags, parking sensors at the front and rear, ABS, seat belt reminder, adaptive air suspension, 18’’ disc brakes at front and rear etc. The assistance systems on the E-tron include parking aid plus, Audi pre-sense basic, cruise control system with speed limiter, multifunction camera etc.
