Ford has taken the wraps off the next-generation Endeavour SUV (Everest in certain international markets). The full-size three-row SUV offering is larger and more capable than before.

The new (2022) Ford Endeavour comes with a completely fresh design, featuring new LED headlamps with integrated C-shaped LED daytime running lights. The front also features a newly-designed grille and a new bumper with a central air intake flanked by fog lamps at either end. The side and rear profiles also feature significant updates, including a new set of alloy wheels, a prominent shoulder line and new LED taillights connected at the centre.

Inside, the 2022 Ford Endeavour features a completely revised dashboard and cabin layout. The SUV now comes with a digital instrument cluster and a portrait-style touchscreen infotainment system with connected tech, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Other features on the new Endeavour include wireless charging, ventilated & heated front seats, gesture controls, powered tailgate, remote start function, 360-degree camera & more. The cabin comes with a 3-row configuration with AC vents available for the last row as well.

Powering the new Ford Endeavour will be a 2.0-litre four-cylinder turbo-diesel and a larger 3.0-litre V6 turbo-diesel engine. The engines will be paired to either a 6-speed auto or a 10-speed automatic transmission. Lower variants will come with a 2WD system, while higher variants will get AWD as standard.

The SUV will also come with multiple off-road modes & Ford’s Terrain Management system. The Endeavour is also said to have a water wading capability of 800 mm and can tow a maximum of 3,500 kg.
