The Royal Enfield Meteor came in as a replacement for the ageing Thunderbird and retains the same essence of a cruiser motorcycle with subtle updates to the design and a new-generation engine. The new Meteor 350 is available in three versions – Fireball, Stellar and Supernova.

The Fireball version comes with solid colour options, 2-D logos on the fuel tank and side body panels and colour-coded stripes on the sides of alloy wheels. The Stellar version misses out on colour-coded stripes but gets a pillion backrest, chrome rearview mirrors, silver-finished levers and 3-D logos on the fuel tank. The Supernova version looks the most premium of the three, as it receives a transparent windshield, dual-tone alloy wheels and chrome finish for the turn indicators over the features available in the Stellar version.

All three iterations of the Royal Enfield Meteor come with a four-stroke, single-cylinder, air-cooled, 349cc J-Series engine, which produces 20.2 bhp of maximum power and 27 Nm of maximum torque. The Meteor was also the first motorcycle from Royal Enfield to receive the Bluetooth-compatible Tripper navigation system, which is available as standard across the entire range.
