Porsche India Launches Porsche Approved Used Car Program

Porsche India becomes the first sportscar brand in the country to offer its pre-owned cars under the new Porsche Approved program. Porsche will provide a comprehensive warranty on its used cars for a minimum of 12 months, including access to the Porsche Assistance 24-hour roadside service (RSA) after passing a rigorous 111-point inspection. Porsche India will also provide a warranty on all its used cars even if the one on the new car was previously expired, which will cover all the essentials beyond the regular contract. However, Porsche is only offering its cars that are either up to six years old to have completed not more than 2 lakh km.

How does the Porsche Approved program work? Well, Porsche will offer a high-level quality check that involves all cars to pass a 111-point check. This means that every vehicle would meet the standard of its original condition, thus enhancing the value of any model carrying the ‘Approved’ seal. With this seal, Porsche would certify only genuine Porsche parts used and installed by qualified Porsche technicians. The 12-month warranty would also include repairs to all vehicle components including labour charges, except consumables and wear and tear parts such as wiper blades, tyres, fluids, and brake pads.

Every Porsche vehicle would meet the standard of its original condition, thus enhancing the value of any model carrying the ‘Approved’ seal.

With the launch of Porsche Approved, the German carmaker is offering prospective buyers an opportunity to purchase a Porsche. Porsche also lets the customer explore the range online through the Porsche Finder, as well as assures that all models have received the same care as new Porsche vehicles and offer the same driving pleasure as on the day they left the factory.
