Tata CURVV EV Coupe: Tata Motors’ secret EV SUV is the CURVV coupe with about 500 km range! |

Tata Motors has unveiled its all-new electric coupe – CURVV in India today. Recently, the company released a teaser video of the upcoming Tata electric coupe revealing some styling elements. Expected to launch in the Indian market in the next two years, the concept CURVV is in its production ready avatar and will first enter the market as an extension of the company’s ever evolving Electric Vehicle (EV) portfolio which will subsequently be followed by its Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) counterpart.
In terms of exterior, the Tata EV concept CURVV gets a blue paint scheme similar to the Nexon EV and Tigor EV. It receives an LED light bar running across the edge of the entire hood and stretching all the way to ORVMs. Additionally, it gets split headlamps, which are placed on the lower portion of the front bumper. The concept CURVV sits on grey-coloured alloy wheels.

The CURVV will be based on the Generation 2 EV architecture offering multi-powertrain options and a higher range while retaining the credibility and reliability standards set by the Generation 1 products powered by Ziptron.
The Concept CURVV gets a panoramic sunroof to make the cabin feel airy. The interior looks futuristic with two free-standing screens – an infotainment system and a digital driver’s display. The Concept CURVV gets a new steering wheel based on Tata Motor’s next-generation DNA. The logo in the center is illuminated, augmented by two different sets of controls on either side.

Tata is yet to reveal any specifications or features of the new electric CURVV, however, it is expected to get two-electric motors with a 4WD setup and offer a range of 500 km.

Tata Motors is set to introduce three new EVs this month, the first being the electric SUV concept that is unveiled today, followed by two other launches.
