Last year, Royal Enfield launched the Classic 350 but, the Bullet 350 motorcycle did not receive any update. The Bullet still uses the UCE engine. This year, Royal Enfield is expected to launch the updated Bullet 350 in the market with the same engine as Classic 350 and Meteor 350. The new Bullet will also use the same platform as Classic 350.
Himalayan 450
Along with new products, Royal Enfield is also working on improving their existing range. The manufacturer is working on a much more powerful version of their popular adventure tourer motorcycle Himalayan. The Himalayan will get a new platform and engine. It will be powered by a 450-cc, single cylinder engine which will generate approximately 40 Ps and 45 Nm of torque. The motorcycle is expected to offer features like switchable ABS, ride modes and so on. It is expected to be launched early in 2023.
Super Meteor 650
Currently Interceptor 650 and Continental GT 650 are the flagship models from Royal Enfield in India. This will soon change as the manufacturer is working on a variety of 650-cc models. One of them is a Super Meteor 650 motorcycle. As the name suggests, the motorcycle is most likely to be a beefed up version of the Meteor 350 motorcycle. The motorcycle will use the same engine as the current 650-twins. The 648-cc, parallel twin, oil-cooled engine will generate 47 Ps and 52 Nm of peak torque. The Super Meteor is expected to be launched towards the end of this year.
Shotgun 650 Roadster
Another 650 cc motorcycle from Royal Enfield is the Shotgun. It was recently spotted testing in India for the first time. The motorcycle gets a roadster like design. The design of the motorcycle is inspired from the SG560 concept that was showcased by Royal Enfield at EICMA last year. The upcoming Shotgun 650 motorcycle will also use the same twin cylinder engine as Super Meteor. Royal Enfield is expected to launch Shotgun 650 in two version. There will be a roadster and a bobber version of the motorcycle offered in the market. The Shotgun 650 is expected to be launched sometime next year.
