Hyundai Motor India is likely to launch the facelifted version of its popular subcompact SUV, the Hyundai Venue, soon. Select Hyundai dealers have already started accepting pre-bookings for the Venue facelift, for a fully refundable token amount of ₹ 11,000. In fact, some of the dealers we spoke to have told us that the SUV is likely to go on sale in India as early as June 2022. Interestingly, Hyundai has also sent out a ‘Block Your Date’ to the media for June 19, however, the company has not revealed what is it for. So, we would expect it is related to the upcoming Venue facelift.
Now, some of the Hyundai dealers we spoke to also told us that the company has already stopped taking factory orders for the existing model, and only the vehicles that are in stock with the dealers are currently on sale. This means the company has already stopped manufacturing the outgoing Venue.
