Ranchi girl to mentor BIT startups

Ranchi, June 27: Ranchi-born Rachna Tiwari has been invited to become a member of the Union ministry of education-mandated Institution’s Innovation Council board of mentors at Birla Institute of Technology (BIT) Deoghar.
This follows her long standing relationship with the BIT group of institutions where she is a member of the pan India committee for selecting startups for BIT Institutions nationwide.
The feat was praised by chief minister Hemant Soren who hoped that she would help in promoting entrepreneurship in Deoghar in the Santhal Pargana region.
She is also part of the entrepreneurship department at XLRI.
Rachna has more than seven years of in startup ecosystem, managing startups and innovations Atal Bihari Vajpayee Innovation Lab (an initiative of department of IT and e-Gov, Government of Jharkhand and IIM Ahmedabad).
She holds MBA from a private varsity after completing graduation from Ranchi University and schooling from Ranchi.
She is currently doing ad-shoots for E-coms like Amazon, Khadi India etc and also features in Vogue Magazine.
