Mahindra XUV70 is a feature rich SUV. It comes with several new and advanced features that are not available in the other cars in the segment. For those who want more, there is always options available in the form of aftermarket accessories. Mahindra also offers add on accessory packs for the XUV700 and we have featured some of these modified examples on our website. Most of the time, it was lower spec variant. Here we have the video of a Mahindra XUV700 AX7 with luxury pack that gets the interior customised for a premium look.

The video has been uploaded by Raahee on their YouTube channel. In this video, vlogger shows all the modifications that were done to the SUV. Starting with the exterior. The front bumper gets a body kit or diffuser vlogger likes to call it. Coming to the side profile, the ORVMs are now finished in black for a different look. The wheels are the same but a side step has been installed to make getting in and out of the SUV easier for passengers. At the rear, a rear bumper diffuser has been installed and a small portion on the tail gate is wrapped in black. A set of reflector lamps have been installed as well.

All the other changes are made inside the cabin. The stock cabin theme of XUV700 is Black and Ice Grey. This has been completely changed. It looks like the owner was not happy with the ice grey shade. The door panels are wrapped in leather and many panels were wrapped in soft touch material. These panels and the seats are now wrapped in brown or tan coloured leatherette material. This gives the cabin a premium look. The gloss black panel on the dashboard was hydro dipped and gets a wooden finish. The upper part of the dashboard is completely wrapped in leather.

The speaker vents, sunglass holders are all finished in gloss black. The roof liner and the pillars are also wrapped in black colour fabric and leatherette material. The fit and finish of the seat covers look good. These are custom fit seat covers and not universal one. The armrest is also wrapped in the same shade as the seat covers. 7D floor mats have been installed and the other attraction in the cabin is the ambient light. A slim piece of light starts from the door and runs across the dashboard. The steering wheel also gets similar tan coloured wrap in the centre.

Overall look of the cabin completely changed after the customisation. The stock interior of Mahindra XUV700 looks premium but, keeping it clean is going to be an issue because of the lighter colour shade. The tan and black dual tone theme looks more elegant and premium and as this is a darker shade, keeping it clean won’t be an issue. Mahindra XUV700 is available with both petrol and diesel engine options. There is a 2.0 litre turbocharged petrol engine that generates 200 Ps and 380 Nm of peak torque. The diesel version is a 2.2 litre turbocharged unit which is available in two states of tune. This engine generates 155 Ps and 360 Nm of peak torque. In higher models, the car generates 185 Ps and 450 Nm of maximum torque. Both petrol and diesel engines are available with manual and automatic transmission.
