Hyundai Grand i10 Nios Corporate Edition launched in India

Leading South Korean car manufacturer Hyundai is has introduced the Hyundai Grand i10 Nios Corporate Edition in India. The i10 Nios Corporate Edition is a special edition in the existing i10 line-up in India. The popular hatchback receives a lot of cosmetic changes over its regular version. However, internally the Corporate Edition does not change. The Hyundai Grand i20 Corporate Edition is based on the Magna variant of i10.

Price

In comparison to the Magna edition, the Corporate Edition gets a hike in price. The Hyundai Grand i10 Nios Corporate Edition costs Rs 20,000 to Rs 30,000 more than the Magna trims. The Hyundai Grand i10 Nios Corporate Edition is available in manual as well as in automatic transmission variants. While the manual variant costs Rs 6,28,900, the transmission variant costs Rs 6,97,700.

Engine

The Hyundai Grand i10 Nios Corporate Edition is powered by a 1.2-litre petrol engine that is paired either with a manual transmission or an automatic transmission. The engine generates a peak power of 83bhp while the maximum torque that is generated by the engine is 114Nm.

Cosmetic upgrades

When it comes to look and design, the Hyundai Grand i10 Nios Corporate Edition is mostly the same as that of the regular version of the hatchback. However, there are visible signs on the car that make it stand out from the regular models. The Corporate Edition of the i10 gets a ‘Corporate’ emblem on it, which makes it stand out of the regular models. Similarly, the car gets 15-inch steel wheels.

On the other hand, the front grille of the car gets a black finish. The ORVMs which have integrated LED turn indicators also have black trim on them. The hatchback also gets chrome treatment at the rear. The car also gets roof rails.

Cabin features

The important cabin features of the Grand i10 Nios Corporate Edition include a 6.75-inch touchscreen. The touchscreen infotainment system offers navigation through smartphone mirroring. The features in the cabin and the dashboard remain the same. The interior of the car get an all-black interior theme along with touches of red colour on AC vents, seats and gear.
