Rumour: 2022 Maruti Suzuki Brezza India launch on June 30

The 2022 Brezza will compete in a hotly contested space with models like the Tata Nexon, Hyundai Venue and Kia Sonet.

According to a media report, Maruti Suzuki is set to launch the 2022 Brezza on June 30. While Maruti is yet to formally open bookings, some dealerships have already started taking orders.

The Brezza will be powered by a 1.5-litre mild-hybrid petrol engine, which is expected to come paired with either a 5-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic transmission.

The crossover gets a completely new front fascia featuring a chrome grille and slim dual-pod LED headlamps, while the rear features slim wraparound tail lamps. The dual-tone version seen in these images has black cladding along the sides and is riding on dual-tone alloy wheels.

The Brezza will also get a reworked interior equipped with updated features, including a touchscreen infotainment system and a sunroof.
