Maruti Suzuki WagonR ZXI Dual-Tone walk around video

Maruti Suzuki recently updated the WagonR with new colour options and features. One the of most interesting changes in the new WagonR is the dual-tone colour option. The WagonR top-end ZXI+ offers dual-tone colour options for the first time and it is a unique feature in the segment. Here is a walkaround video of the ZXI+ dual-tone by The Car Show.

The video starts by talking about the engine. The top-end ZXI and the ZXI+ only offer the 1.2-litre four-cylinder petrol engine that is also available with the Swift and the Baleno. It produces a maximum power of 89 PS of maximum power, 113 Nm of peak torque and is available with a five-speed manual or AGS automatic transmission. According to Maruti Suzuki, it returns a maximum fuel efficiency of 24.43 km/l.

The new WagonR also gets Integrated Start-Stop Engine with the petrol variants. With the AMT transmission, the new Maruti Suzuki WagonR also gets the hill hold assist.

The new WagonR does not get any physical changes. It gets the same grille with a chrome slat cutting through it and the same headlamp units as well. Since this is a top-end variant, it gets fog lamps as well. The new WagonR gets only halogen lamps.

The new WagonR gets 14-inch gunmetal finish alloy wheels, the tyre profile is 165/70 R14 tyres for best possible comfort. The side turn indicator is integrated into the ORVM. Since it is a dual-tone version of the WagonR, it sure looks great overall.

The new WagonR also gets Integrated Start-Stop Engine with the petrol variants. With the AMT transmission, the new Maruti Suzuki WagonR also gets the hill hold assist.

Changes inside the cabin as well

The WagonR ZXI+ gets a manually adjustable seat without height adjustment. Maruti Suzuki has also added a new seven-inch infotainment screen with an updated SmartPlay Studio. It gets a smartphone-connected navigation system as well. Maruti Suzuki also claims that the vehicle gets cloud-based features as well. However, we are not sure how exactly they work.

The ISS start-stop switch is located on the right-hand side of the steering wheel. The infotainment system offers various modes and screens that also get Android Auto and Apple Carplay systems. The car also gets a manual climate control system.

The headrests are not adjustable. All the headrests are fixed in all the variants. All the variants of the Maruti Suzuki WagonR get the same dual front airbags, parking sensors and speed alerts.
