Forbes has released the list of the top 200 richest people in the world recently with India’s Mukesh Ambani and Gautam Adani making it to the 10th and 11th spots.
The Chairman of Reliance Industries, Mukesh Ambani is the 10th richest person in the world, followed by Infrastructure giant Gautam Adani and his family. As per Forbes, there are 2,668 of people on Forbes’ 36th-annual ranking of the planet’s richest people which is 87 fewer than a year ago. They are worth a collective $12.7 trillion which is $400 billion less than in 2021.
Forbes this year found more than 1,000 billionaires who are richer than they were a year ago. Also, 236 newcomers have become billionaires over the past year.
